new smile new year.

Hi lovelies!!

Can you believe it's 2017?!

So nuts.

But also, so so exciting!!

I have some new goals set, resolutions made and fresh ideas for 2017 that I can't wait to implement.
I already posted about one of my big ole resolutions {going vegetarian} here!

One of them being more self care.

Eating right and working out are now just a part of my daily life, just like making my bed or cooking dinner.

But now I want to kinda expand that "me time."

I have the worst habit of sometimes just staying in my gym clothes all day after a workout or just being super comfy while around the house.

Which I don't think is a bad thing, but I want to get ready more often.

And not just because I'm going to lunch with friends.

Getting dressed, putting some make up on.. you know the drill!

Anyone else like me?!

Sometimes leggings and tennies are just so cozy!!

Amiright?!

Haha but anywho-

along those lines I've also wanted to whiten my teeth more too!

If anyone remembers, my last year's resolution was to start wearing my retainer again-

and now I wanna whiten those puppies too.

I don't know about you, but my teeth are super sensitive- I hate drinking or eating really cold stuff even!

So I used the desensitizing gel, which helped a bunch since this process can be a lot on your teeth.

It was nice because I could do other things, like play with Liam, while whitening so I never felt like I was wasting time.

I'm a kill two birds with one stone kinda gal- so this was a big win in my book!

I love wearing lipstick, but feel like it can make my teeth look a little more dull-

but after whitening I could tell a difference and had more confidence wearing some fun new lip colors!
